An arcade birthday can begin with the games and a few personal touches. You do not need machine rentals, special lighting or a pile of prizes to make the theme clear. Choose the booking first, then decide what else you want to organise.
Start with the guest list
Count the children and accompanying adults before choosing the package. At Kart Town, Cancun and Hawaii include eight children; Rio includes fifteen. There are limits and charges for extra children, so confirm the numbers before invitations go out.
For ages two to nine, check the available activities and participation requirements. A shared interest in games does not mean every guest will choose the same activity.
Use personal touches sparingly
A themed invitation, a small paper sign or an optional drawing activity can add a personal touch. These are parent-organised additions, subject to venue approval. They are not entertainment services supplied by Kart Town.
Light decorations are allowed, but confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not. A photo booth, performer, tournament or party favours should not be advertised as part of the package.
Explain the shared coins
Cancun and Hawaii each include fifty Kart Koins; Rio includes one hundred. The allowance is shared across the package. Decide how the group will use it before children start choosing games.
The package page lists one koin per game. Do not promise unlimited play or a particular winning result. If you are considering an additional purchase, confirm the details first.
Plan around the two-hour booking
Kart Town’s packages also include Classic Kart adventures, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access, plus the listed pizza and juice. Cancun includes one kart adventure per child; Hawaii and Rio include two.
Confirm the activity sequence with the coordinator and keep food and the birthday celebration within the booking. The track is shared with other visitors, and Formula Karts are not available for birthday parties. Leave time to collect belongings and vacate the room at the end.
