An arcade theme can begin with a child’s favourite colours or interest in games. It does not need to turn the party into a large production. Choose the venue and package first, then decide which personal touches will fit the room and the time available.
The decoration, invitation and food ideas in this article are optional arrangements for parents. They are separate from Kart Town’s birthday package inclusions.
Choose a few details that belong together
The earlier ideas on this site include game-inspired invitations, a matching cake and themed table decorations. Choose the details your child actually likes. There is no need to add every game character, colour and prop to the same party.
Before bringing decorations to Kart Town, check the rules. Light decorations are allowed; confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not. A theme does not give permission to change the room setup or install extra equipment.
Keep the games grounded in what is available
Do not build the invitation around a specific arcade machine unless the venue has confirmed it. References to retro games, virtual reality or consoles are general theme ideas, not a list of games offered at Kart Town.
Kart Town’s birthday packages include shared Kart Koins: fifty with Cancun or Hawaii and one hundred with Rio. The package page lists one koin per game. Plan around that allowance rather than promising unlimited play, a tournament or prizes.
Arrange food around the booked package
Cancun and Hawaii include two XL cheese pizzas and eight juice boxes. Rio includes three XL cheese pizzas and fifteen juice boxes. Small plates, napkins, cutlery and cups are listed in each package.
If you are considering extra food or a cake, use the permitted-foods policy before making arrangements. A themed cake or extra treats are not included simply because the party has an arcade theme.
Use the booked time realistically
Kart Town birthday room bookings last two hours. The packages also include Classic Kart adventures, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access. Think about how the group will move between activities and food, and allow time to leave the room at the end.
The track is shared with other visitors, and riding requirements apply. Your theme should work around those conditions.
