Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered within the first 30 days from the date of booking.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase or booking confirmation.
Requests for refunds made 2 weeks before the booked date will not be entertained.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it to determine eligibility.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 – 5 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Exceptions:

No refunds will be issued for services/products that have been used or consumed.
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or changes made after the specified time frame outlined in the booking confirmation.
