When an arcade allowance is included in a birthday package, check how it is counted. The difference between coins for the group and coins for each child changes how you plan the activity.
Kart Town’s shared allowance
Cancun and Hawaii each include fifty Kart Koins per package. Rio includes one hundred. These totals are shared by the group, not given in full to every child. The package page lists one koin per game.
Decide how the allowance will be distributed before arcade time. For children aged two to nine, adults may need to help explain the choices and how the coins work. Confirm the actual games available rather than promising a particular machine or prize.
Compare the rest of the package too
A larger coin allowance is only one difference between packages. Cancun and Hawaii include eight children; Rio includes fifteen. Cancun provides one Classic Kart adventure per child, while Hawaii and Rio provide two. Paid extra-child limits apply.
Each package includes a themed room for two hours, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access, and the listed cheese pizzas and juice boxes. Use the child count and the complete booking to decide which option fits.
Fit arcade time into the day
The two-hour booking covers the party as a whole. It does not mean two hours of unlimited arcade play or kart driving. Confirm the activity order with the coordinator and allow time for food and departure.
The kart adventures use Classic Karts. Formula Karts are not available for birthday parties, and the track remains open to other visitors. Those conditions apply even if the main theme of the party is racing or arcade games.
Keep extras separate
Do not describe tournaments, prizes, performers, photo booths or additional equipment as package inclusions. Optional ideas from the site’s theme articles are arrangements for parents and require venue approval where relevant.
Check food and decoration rules before bringing supplies. The room must be vacated at the end of the booking. If the group wants something beyond the listed allowance, ask about availability and price before promising it to guests.
