CANCELLATION POLICY

WINTER NOTICE!

No Cancellations

We have a no-cancellation policy for bookings affected by weather conditions. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable nature of winter weather, we cannot entertain cancellations for bookings affected by snow, ice, or other adverse weather conditions.

Reschedules Welcome

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and plans may need to be adjusted. Therefore, We will gladly accommodate rescheduling requests for affected bookings, This would come at a $100 fee. Please contact our customer service team at Operations@Karttown.ca to arrange a new date and time for your Karting adventure.

Refund Policy

While cancellations are not allowed, we want to emphasize that reschedules are always welcome. However, no refunds will be issued for bookings affected by weather conditions.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to provide fair treatment to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period

No cancellations will be accepted within 3 weeks (21 days) of the booked date.

Cancellations Outside the 3-Week Period

Cancellations made more than 3 weeks (21 days) before the booked date will be processed without any penalties.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in the full charge of the booking.

Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations made within the 3-week period will not be provided.

Booking Modifications

Customers may request modifications to their booking, such as rescheduling, subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply.

Group Bookings

For group bookings, specific terms and conditions may apply. Please contact us directly for more information.
