Home parties, community spaces, parks and activity venues involve different arrangements. Some may require you to organise food and entertainment separately. Others publish a package covering several parts of the day. These are general alternatives, not a claim that one is always cheaper.
Write down what each option includes and what you would still need to buy. Add tax and any guest charges before deciding. For children aged two to nine, check participation requirements as well as the price.

What those prices include
Each package has a themed room for two hours, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access, shared Kart Koins and Classic Kart adventures. Cancun includes one adventure per child; Hawaii and Rio include two. The shared arcade allowance is fifty coins for Cancun or Hawaii and one hundred for Rio.
Cancun and Hawaii list two XL cheese pizzas and eight juice boxes. Rio lists three XL cheese pizzas and fifteen juice boxes. Tableware, an activity coordinator, announcements, wristbands and electronic invitations are also listed.
Those are specific inclusions, not unlimited play or exclusive track use. Formula Karts are not available for birthday parties.
Keep optional costs separate
Decide whether you want extra permitted food, decorations or favours after checking the package. Read the food policy first. Light decorations are allowed, but confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not.

Cancun is $328 plus HST for 8 children, Hawaii is $388 plus HST for 8 and Rio is $638 plus HST for 15. Each includes a two-hour booking, a themed room, pizza, juice boxes, Kart Koins, the playground, bouncy castle, toy car area, an activity coordinator and wristbands.
What can add to the cost
Extra children are $30 each on Cancun and $35 each on Hawaii and Rio, up to the stated maximum. Additional adults are $5 each. Other food needs manager approval and a $150 fee.
How to stay within budget
Match the package to your guest count, bring cake or cupcakes yourself and follow the food rules so that no fees apply.
