Kart Town’s birthday offer is built around three packages: Cancun, Hawaii and Rio. Each combines a themed room with indoor activities and the listed food. The main differences are the number of children included, the kart adventures and the quantities supplied.

The three packages
- Cancun: Bird Room, eight children, $328 plus HST, one Classic Kart adventure per child, fifty shared Kart Koins, two XL cheese pizzas and eight juice boxes.
- Hawaii: Dino Room, eight children, $388 plus HST, two Classic Kart adventures per child, fifty shared Kart Koins, two XL cheese pizzas and eight juice boxes.
- Rio: Monkey Room, fifteen children, $638 plus HST, two Classic Kart adventures per child, one hundred shared Kart Koins, three XL cheese pizzas and fifteen juice boxes.
An adventure is ten laps. Cancun allows up to two extra children at $30 each; Hawaii allows up to two at $35 each; Rio allows up to five at $35 each. Check the current package page before booking.
Included in the birthday booking
Each package lasts two hours and includes playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access. Small plates, napkins, cutlery and cups are listed, along with an activity coordinator, announcements, wristbands, an activity schedule and electronic invitations.
The package details explain what you receive. A cake, full decoration service, extra games or special entertainment should not be added to that list unless specifically confirmed by Kart Town.
Requirements to check
Kart Town focuses on children aged two to nine, but kart eligibility has separate requirements. Confirm those before promising rides to guests. Birthday packages use Classic Karts; Formula Karts are not available for parties. The track stays open to other visitors.
Light decorations are allowed, but confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not. Check the food policy before bringing outside food, and confirm adult numbers during booking. The room must be vacated by the end of the two-hour booking.
