Check the room before changing the invitations
Confirm the date, times, child count and accompanying adults. Ask about arrival arrangements and any requirements that matter to your guests. Do not announce a replacement venue before the booking is confirmed.
Compare included activities and food with what you have already arranged. A last-minute move can create duplicate purchases if you do not look at the package first.
Keep the activities suitable for ages two to nine
For younger guests, consider routines and the help needed to participate. For older children, involve the birthday child in choosing the activity. A mixed-age group needs attention to the actual requirements rather than a promise that every activity suits everyone.

What to know about a Kart Town booking
Kart Town’s birthday packages last two hours and include a themed room, Classic Kart adventures, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access, shared Kart Koins and the listed food. Cancun and Hawaii include eight children, while Rio includes fifteen.
Check the published extra-child limits, adult numbers and riding rules. The track is open to other visitors, and Formula Karts are not available for birthday parties. Availability for your date must be confirmed; indoor space does not mean a same-day or same-week booking is guaranteed.
Make the revised plan clear
Send guests the confirmed address and times. Keep food, activities and your birthday celebration within the booking, including time to collect belongings. At Kart Town, the room must be vacated at the end of the two hours.
Review outside-food and decoration rules before bringing supplies from your original plan. Light decorations are allowed; confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not.
