At Kart Town, Cancun includes eight children at $328 plus HST; Hawaii includes eight at $388 plus HST; Rio includes fifteen at $638 plus HST. Cancun permits up to two extra children at $30 each, Hawaii up to two at $35 each and Rio up to five at $35 each. Confirm the final total during booking.
Before sending invitations
Confirm the reservation first. Include the address, date, start and finish times and an RSVP request. Ask families to confirm siblings before bringing additional children. Share the venue’s waiver information and raise relevant food or participation questions privately.
Kart Town is at 85 Ellesmere Road, Unit 102, inside Parkway Mall, Scarborough. Its birthday bookings last two hours. Make sure accompanying adults understand the arrangements and venue rules.
Check what you still need to bring
Cancun and Hawaii list two XL cheese pizzas and eight juice boxes. Rio lists three XL cheese pizzas and fifteen juice boxes. Small plates, napkins, cutlery and cups are included, along with an activity coordinator, announcements, wristbands, an activity schedule and electronic invitations.
Read the food policy before arranging outside food. Light decorations are allowed; confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not. Crafts, performers, themed favours and full decoration setup are not standard package inclusions.
Plan the activities within the booking
The packages include Classic Kart adventures, shared Kart Koins, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access. Cancun includes one kart adventure per child; Hawaii and Rio include two. The coins are shared totals, not unlimited arcade play.
The track remains open to other visitors, and Formula Karts are excluded from birthday packages. Confirm the activity sequence with the coordinator. Do not promise a private race or a fixed ride timetable.
Before leaving home
Review the guest list, confirmed booking details and the permitted items you are bringing. Leave time in the party plan to collect belongings and vacate the room by the end of the two hours.
