Choose the activity around your child and the guests, then decide how much structure the party needs. A second birthday and a ninth birthday may use the same venue differently. Age is a starting point, not a rule about what every child enjoys.

- Age two: familiar play and a manageable routine.
- Age three: short instructions and simple shared activities.
- Age four: pictures, drawing and pretend themes.
- Age five: creative activities and indoor play.
- Age six: shared challenges and arcade choices.
- Age seven: group stories and activity outings.
- Age eight: themes and activities chosen with the child.
- Age nine: creative projects or an outing with friends.
The home activities and optional crafts in these guides are organised by parents. They are separate from Kart Town’s package inclusions and need approval if brought to a venue.
At home or at an indoor venue?
At home, you arrange the space, food and activities and can set your own pace. A venue provides its listed attractions and booked space, with guest limits, rules and an end time. Compare those arrangements against what you want to organise yourself.
For mixed ages, check each child’s participation requirements. Do not assume a younger sibling can use every attraction simply because the birthday child can.
What Kart Town offers
Kart Town’s Cancun and Hawaii birthday packages include eight children, and Rio includes fifteen. They use the Bird, Dino and Monkey rooms respectively. All last two hours and include Classic Kart adventures, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access, shared Kart Koins and the listed pizza and juice.
Cancun includes one kart adventure per child; Hawaii and Rio include two. The shared arcade allowance is fifty coins for Cancun or Hawaii and one hundred for Rio. Check the package page for prices, food quantities and paid-extra limits.
Formula Karts are not available for birthday parties, and the track remains open to other visitors. Riding rules apply separately from the general age range.
Turn the idea into a booking plan
Confirm child and adult numbers, date availability and any relevant food or participation needs. Read the food and decoration rules before arranging extras. Light decorations are allowed at Kart Town, but confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not.
