Pick an activity before picking a theme

For ages two and three, consider the child’s routine and the help needed during activities. For ages four to six, keep the sequence easy to follow. For ages seven to nine, let the birthday child help choose what matters most. Children within the same age group can prefer different things.
Give guests the practical details
Share the address, confirmed booking times and RSVP information. Indoor activities do not remove winter travel considerations, so keep guests informed if their plans change. Ask the venue about arrival arrangements rather than promising early room access.
Confirm attendance before finalising food and the package headcount. Accompanying adults need to be included in the booking arrangements too.
A winter birthday at Kart Town
Kart Town is inside Parkway Mall in Scarborough. Its Cancun, Hawaii and Rio packages include a themed room for two hours, Classic Kart adventures, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access, shared Kart Koins and the listed cheese pizzas and juice boxes.
Cancun and Hawaii include eight children; Rio includes fifteen. Cancun has one kart adventure per child, while Hawaii and Rio have two. Check the extra-child rules and riding requirements before confirming your guest list. Formula Karts are not available for birthday parties, and the track is shared with other visitors.
Keep the extra planning proportionate
A few personal touches may be enough once the activities are booked. Kart Town allows light decorations, but not confetti, loose balloons or piñatas. Any outside food must follow the published food policy.
Fit activities and food within the two-hour room booking, including time to gather belongings and leave the room. There is no need to promise an uninterrupted timetable through every attraction.
