Before choosing a racing theme or sending invitations, check who can take part. For a kids’ go-karting birthday, the venue’s riding rules and the guest count determine which package makes sense.
Start with eligibility and numbers
Kart Town’s activities are aimed at children aged two to nine, but age alone does not confirm kart eligibility. The published minimum height is 80 cm. Children over 107 cm must drive Classic Karts independently, without an accompanying adult in the kart. Ask staff about younger or shorter children before booking around a ride.
Count the children you intend to invite, then check accompanying adults through the booking process. Cancun and Hawaii include eight children each, with up to two paid extras. Rio includes fifteen, with up to five paid extras.
Compare what you actually receive
Cancun includes one Classic Kart adventure per child, while Hawaii and Rio include two. An adventure is ten laps. All three birthday packages include a two-hour party room booking, playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access.
The arcade allowance is shared: fifty Kart Koins for Cancun or Hawaii and one hundred for Rio. Formula Karts are not available for birthday parties. The track remains open to other visitors, so the booking should not be presented as a private race.
Plan food and any personal touches
Cancun and Hawaii list two XL cheese pizzas and eight juice boxes. Rio lists three XL cheese pizzas and fifteen juice boxes. Small plates, napkins, cutlery and cups are included. Compare those quantities with your guest list before arranging anything extra.
A car or racing theme can be reflected in your own invitations or permitted decorations. Treat those as optional family arrangements. The packages do not list trophies, a podium ceremony, lap-time apps, costumes or a photographer. Light decorations are allowed; confetti, loose balloons and piñatas are not.
Confirm the booking before promising the date
Review the birthday packages, select an available booking and give guests the confirmed start and finish times. The room must be vacated by the end of the two-hour booking. Read the food policy and party terms before bringing supplies.
