Kart Town’s two-hour package access is the length of a visit, not a recommended period of continuous bouncing. The published packages do not establish a universal safe bouncing time for every age. Follow the facility’s posted rules and staff instructions when planning play.
Plan a varied visit
Families can divide their visit between eligible activities and breaks rather than treating the entire access period as bouncing time. Agree on a simple plan with your child and check any activity-specific limits with staff.
Supervision and access rules
Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times and ensure they follow facility rules. Kart Town provides an activity coordinator, an activity schedule and wristband organization; these do not replace parental supervision. Adults may not enter the playground or bouncy castle.
The children-only rule applies even when an adult wants to enter to assist. If your child cannot follow the requirements independently, discuss suitable options with staff before the visit.
What does a package include?
The current packages page lists two-hour bundles with playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access. Basic is $20, Value is $25 and VIP is $30, with different kart adventures and arcade-token inclusions. Check the page for current offers and all conditions.
Combining bouncing and karting
Children over 42 inches (107 cm) must drive Classic Karts independently. Adults may not accompany them in the kart, and no exceptions are permitted. For younger or shorter children, ask staff to confirm eligibility before riding. The minimum published height is 31 inches (80 cm), and the combined kart weight limit is 100 kg (220 lb).
Eligibility for one activity does not automatically establish eligibility for another. Ask staff to explain the rules for each activity your child wants to use.
Birthday planning
Kart Town offers three two-hour birthday packages: Cancun (Bird Room) includes 8 children, 1 Classic Kart adventure per child, 50 shared Kart Koins, 2 XL cheese pizzas and 8 juice boxes for $328 + HST. Hawaii (Dino Room) includes 8 children, 2 adventures per child, 50 shared Kart Koins, 2 XL cheese pizzas and 8 juice boxes for $388 + HST. Rio (Monkey Room) includes 15 children, 2 adventures per child, 100 shared Kart Koins, 3 XL cheese pizzas and 15 juice boxes for $638 + HST. Playground, bouncy castle and toy car area access are included.
Birthday reservations are made through the packages page. Regular visits are walk-in only. Neither a two-hour booking nor an article about play duration guarantees that a particular activity is appropriate for every child.
