A theme can connect the invitation and a few permitted decorations. The ten themes below are optional ideas for parents to organise. They are separate from the services included in Kart Town’s birthday packages.
Ten ideas to choose from
- Race-day colours: choose colours for your own invitation and an approved table sign.
- Car designer: a parent can arrange paper and crayons for drawing an imaginary car, if the venue permits it.
- Dinosaur discovery: use a dinosaur illustration and check whether the Dino Room package fits the group.
- Bird adventure: choose a bird illustration and compare the Bird Room’s package details.
- Jungle journey: use the idea in your own paper design and consider the Monkey Room package.
- Space explorer: draw a pretend space vehicle at home; no special lighting or track transformation is included.
- Rainbow garage: let the child choose colours for permitted decorations.
- Comic-book driver: guests can draw an imaginary character with materials supplied by the parent.
- Birthday number: use the child’s age in the invitation design.
- Friends’ design team: create a shared drawing for the birthday child, where the activity is permitted.
Choose the package before buying supplies
Cancun and Hawaii include eight children; Rio includes fifteen. The rooms, ride allowances, shared coins and food differ by package. Start with those details, then let the theme remain an optional addition.
Kart Town permits light decorations but not confetti, loose balloons or piñatas. Ask before bringing activity materials or props. Costumes, medals, performers, custom games and decoration setup are not listed as standard inclusions.
Keep the idea suitable for your group
For a toddler, a familiar picture may be enough of a theme. Older children may want to help choose colours or draw a design. Let participation be optional rather than asking every guest to complete the same craft.
These are general planning ideas for ages two to nine. Parents organise them and need to follow venue rules. They do not change riding eligibility or the adults’ responsibilities.
A theme does not change the booking
Kart Town’s birthday packages use Classic Karts, not Formula Karts. The track is shared with other visitors. A racing design on the invitation does not create a private race, extra rides or exclusive facility use.
The party room is booked for two hours and must be vacated at the end. Review the current package inclusions and food policy before finalising your plans.
