We welcome children of all abilities at Kart Town. If your child has additional, sensory, developmental, behavioural, or other individual needs that may affect their ability to follow safety requirements independently, this information is especially important for you to review before your visit.
The rules below are not specific to children with additional needs. They are mandatory safety requirements that apply equally to every child and every family, with no exceptions.
The go-karting requirements are established by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) and are based on the approved operation of these specific go-karts. Kart Town is required to operate the go-karts in accordance with these requirements and cannot change or make exceptions to them.
1. GO-KARTS — CHILDREN OVER 42″ MUST DRIVE ALONE
Under the TSSA requirements for these go-karts, children over 42 inches (107 cm) must drive the go-kart independently. Adults are not permitted to accompany, ride with, or drive with children over 42 inches. This is a mandatory safety requirement, and no exceptions are permitted.
2. PLAYGROUND & BOUNCY CASTLE — CHILDREN ONLY
The playground and bouncy castle are strictly for children. Adults are not permitted to enter, accompany, or assist children inside. No exceptions.
If your child may have difficulty following these requirements independently, please consider this before visiting Kart Town. Our staff are happy to explain and reinforce the rules, but we cannot make exceptions to these safety requirements.

- Walk-ins only, first-come, first-served. Tickets at reception, no booking needed.
- Tickets & tokens are valid for the same day only.
- Each child needs to purchase a ride or a bundle on every visit to enjoy the facility.
- The track is open to all visitors. Party guests may join the same line to race together.
- Up to two adults can enter per child. Additional adults are $5 each.
- All children must be supervised at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children understand and follow all facility rules.
- For Classic Go-karts: Solo Driving Requirement: Any child measuring over 42 inches (107 cm) must operate the go-kart independently. An adult may not ride in the same kart or accompany the child during the ride. This is a mandatory safety requirement, and no exceptions will be permitted.
- It’s mandatory to sign a waiver.

By Booking a Party At Kart Town (Cricket Speedway Inc.) Guests Agree To Respect the Following Terms and Conditions:
- Kart Town staff is not responsible for setting up or cleaning after your party. If you require further assistance from Kart Town staff for your party, you have the option to pay an additional $50 at the beginning of your party to acquire additional assistance from your Party Coordinator.
- Go-Kart Line-Up Policy: At Kart Town, everyone gets a fair turn on the track! Birthday guests and walk-in visitors share the same lineup for go-kart rides. To ride together, please line up together — our team will do their best to keep your group in the same race. Each race can fit up to 10 karts at a time, and while birthdays don’t include ride priority, we’ll always make sure everyone has an exciting experience on the track!
- Go kart track rules are in place to ensure everybody’s safety. All kids must follow track rules. Non-compliance may result in removal from the track, even for the birthday celebrant. Make sure all the children understand the importance of following instructions. Children over 42 inches (107 cm) must drive Classic Karts independently. Adults may not accompany them in the kart, and no exceptions are permitted. For younger or shorter children, ask staff to confirm eligibility before riding. The minimum published height is 31 inches (80 cm), and the combined kart weight limit is 100 kg (220 lb). Combined weight limit on karts is 100 Kg (220lbs).
- Please respect time constraints; you have exclusive use of the room for 2 hours only. You can arrive 10 minutes early to set up. We ask that parties start clearing the room 10 minutes before their booking time ends to ensure it’s vacated promptly for cleanup. The party room must be cleared by the end of your allocated party time. Failure to do so will result in automatic fines. Only permitted food/snack items are: Cake, Cupcake, Drinks, Fruit Platters and Veggie Platters. Max 1 case of drinks and 1 tray of food. (Bringing other food items into the facility is allowed only at designated times with prior manager approval and a $150 fee.) Piñata’s, confetti and loose balloons are Not Allowed! Only banners and Helium balloon stands are allowed at kart town. ATTENTION: Restricted foods & items are not allowed into the facility. Bringing restricted items into our facility without our knowledge will result in fees of upto $250.
- Pizza is ordered upon arrival; extra pizzas can be ordered then (maximum 3 extra pizzas). Bring table clothes. Disposable utensils provided; themed items welcome. Parties are required to inform us if bringing more than Maximum number of extra kids permitted for the package. Maximum number of extra kids accommodated for Hawaii & Cancun packages are 2, and Rio package is 5 ($35 per child). Any guests arriving over 30 minutes late forfeit first ride on the track. Staff clean our party rooms before and after every booking. However, if you’re party room is left excessively dirty, Kart Town reserves the right to charge you a cleaning fee of up to $200.
- If any party guests damage our equipment, Kart Town reserves the right to charge for damages. Please ask guests to supervise their children at all times. All birthday bookings at Kart Town only include rides on our original karts. Please note, our newly introduced Formula karts are NOT available for birthday parties.
- Any special deals or circumstances discussed with the manager must be confirmed in writing by the manager; verbal agreements will not be honored. Customers are asked to read terms and conditions before booking a party. However, if you have already booked a party at Kart Town and are not in agreement with any of these terms, you have 48 hours to request a full refund.
