PARTY BOOKINGS!
By Booking a Party At Kart Town, Guests Agree To Respect the Following Terms and Conditions:
- When hosting a birthday party at our facility, our dedicated staff will handle the scheduling of all activities to ensure your event runs smoothly. No special requests can be accommodated regarding the schedule. Any other necessary details will be communicated to you upon arrival.
- At Kart Town, we host over 100 birthdays a month and up to 12 birthdays a day. Our staff have extensive experience, having hosted hundreds of birthday parties, achieving a 99.9% satisfaction rate. This is why we handle the scheduling—to ensure everyone at our facility has an exceptional experience during their celebration.
- Our staff will provide you with your tokens and wristbands, schedule your rides, and coordinate the times for food and cake. Please note that managing snack time, the cake, and clearing out of the room on time is your responsibility. Kart Town staff is not responsible for setting up or cleaning after your party. If you require further assistance from Kart Town staff for your party, you have the option to pay an additional $50 at the beginning of your party to acquire additional assistance from your Party Coordinator.
- Go kart track rules are in place to ensure everybody’s safety. All kids must follow track rules. Non-compliance may result in removal from the track, even for the birthday celebrant. Make sure all the children understand the importance of following instructions.
- Children below 110 cm (3’7″) must ride karts with a parent. Also, any children not complying with track rules will need an adult to drive with them reguardless of height. Combined weight limit on karts is 100 Kg (220lbs). Please see that all your guests are aware of these rules.
- Please respect time constraints; you have exclusive use of the room for 2 hours only. You can arrive 10 minutes early to set up. We ask that parties start clearing the room 10 minutes before their booking time ends to ensure it’s vacated promptly for cleanup. The
party room must be cleared by the end of your allocated party time. Failure to do so will result in automatic fines. - Only permitted food/snack items are: Cake, Cupcake, Drinks, Fruit Platters and Veggie Platters. Max 1 case of drinks and 1 tray of Snacks. (Bringing other food items into the facility is allowed only at designated times with prior manager approval and a $150 fee.)
- Piñata’s, confetti and loose balloons are Not Allowed! Only banners and Helium ballon stands are allowed at kart town.
- ATTENTION: Restricted foods & items are not allowed into the facility. Bringing restricted items into our facility without our knowledge will result in fees of upto $250.
- Pizza is ordered upon arrival; extra pizzas can be ordered then (maximum 3 extra pizzas).
- Bring table clothes. Disposable utensils provided; themed items welcome.
- The party host (Family of the celebrant) is responsible for informing us and their guests who is part of the event. Any child who enters the facility for the party will be considered a guest and charged accordingly unless it is explicitly communicated by the host or parent that the child is not part of the party and payed for by the parent upon entry. If not clarified, the host will be charged for that child.

The cost of each additional child is $35. If the number of children exceeds the limit for the package (10 for Hawaii & Cancun and 20 for Rio package) without prior arrangements for a custom package, the host must purchase an additional package and will be charged accordingly.
- Any guests arriving over 30 minutes late forfeit first ride on the track.
- Staff clean our party rooms before and after every booking. However, if you’re party room is left excessively dirty, Kart Town reserves the right to charge you a cleaning fee of up to $200.
- If any party guests damage our equipment, Kart Town reserves the right to charge for damages. Please ask guests to supervise their children at all times.
- All birthday bookings at Kart Town only include rides on our original karts. Please note, our newly introduced Formula karts are NOT available for birthday parties.
- Any special deals or circumstances discussed with the manager must be confirmed in writing by the manager; verbal agreements will not be honored.
Customers are asked to read terms and conditions before booking a party. However, if you have already booked a party at Kart Town and are not in agreement with any of these terms, you have 48 hours to request a full refund.
